The irresistible aroma of "Ma-made fruit-cake", "Karaishutir kochuri", "Gajorer halua" and "Nolen gurer payesh" brings back happy memories of childhood.The innocent-belief of a child's mind that “He's making a list, And checking it twice; Gonna find out Who's naughty and nice, Santa Claus is coming to town” brings back a glimpse of smile. Though the cold winds from North; the faded brown leaves; the shawls, monkey-caps and woolly-coats are declaring that we are in MID-WINTER, but "Borodin" brings back SPRING in the heart of the denizens of Kolkata.
